Kids @ 17mm, 25mm etc. – Part 11

We had quite a range of activities over the long weekend – including two photo-visits to The Minton, my workplace’s family day event at the recently-opened SEA Aquarium, an Indian dinner of pratas, naans and thosais at Prata Wala where we got stuffed, and two brunches at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Hannah at this age now is of course easy to manage when we’re out of home. Peter’s a different story altogether, and every time we’re out is like a gamble on whether he’ll bawl uncontrollably! Ling is getting better though at predicting his moods, including approximately when he should be having his nap as opposed to crying his lungs out.

Hannah on the other hand has become a big fan of Coffee Bean, and its double hot-chocolate in particular. She’ll lovingly savor every drop in one cup of that hot grub for an hour and be happily satisfied. Best $6 we can spend to occupy a 4 year old girl.

Daddy and daughter @ Compass Point’s Swensen’s for brunch. This is also another favorite hangout place of Hannah – because she gets a balloon every time from the restaurant.
Mommy and son.
Baby drool = happy baby (usually). Peter’s having his morning tummy time – he apparently enjoys being in this position and experiencing the new found sensation, and will often roll onto his belly on his own when in his cot.
Peter is drooling at Mommy’s Bibimbap lunch @ Junction 8.
Big fan of Coffee Bean. Confirm, chop and guaranteed.

All the pictures here were taken using the E-PL6 with the 17mm f1.8. The first two pictures at Swensen’s were taken (mistakenly) only in JPG, so I couldn’t fully correct the obvious color cast caused by the incandescent lighting. Got to remember to take pictures in this lighting conditions in RAW next time!
