15 Days in Kanagawa & Hokkaido – Day 05 – Sapporo – Winter Illumination @ Odori Park – Susukino

We descended Mt. Moiwa after I had my fill of evening shots of Sapporo city from the summit, and headed back to downtown for a quick look at part of the winter illumination at Odori Park, and also Susukino. Some quick and dirty pictures to show here. The weather was quite cold at this point, though thankfully the absence of rain and wind made the between 0 to 1 degree Celsius temperature still tolerable. The streetcar rides back from Iruguchi stop to near Odori Park were really crowded as visitors had to squeeze in with residents finishing work for the day.
