I made a simple maracas for Hannah a few days ago using a small water bottle and filling it with some buttons and hair clips. Like anything new, she was attracted to it and enjoyed carrying it around with her and shaking it as she walked about the play yard.
On Tuesday, an ex-student by the name Amantha visited us and bought Hannah many presents. One of them is a pair of maracas. Here a video footage of Hannah taking to her new musical toy. And she rejected mommy’s handmade maracas (the transparent one with a yellow cap) in favour for the new ones. I know, I shall only give her one type each time! Hee hee :P
