We were in the living room the other evening when Ling remarked that Hannah has started to mimic a particular superhero. I’d been spending a bit of time each evening on Batman: Arkham Asylum (upcoming post on this), so my first guess was that – somehow – Hannah was learning to hang upside down in her cot…!
As it turned out, Hannah’s super hero character isn’t Bats, but the most famous of super heroes, and probably also the easiest to mimic:

Thing is, Supes is all man and Hannah is a girl. I mean, I’m fine with Hannah turning into a technogeek like her dad, but how many girls out there are comic-book fans…?
And oh yeah – Ling is already thinking of sending Hannah for ballet classes. She has this belief that if young girls are given this kind of dancing lessons when young, chances are that they’re less likely to turn obese later in life.:)
