Because she still remembers telling me in the workroom that she \u201chad show\u201d \u2013 the first indication of an impending delivery \u2013 on that particular Saturday afternoon exactly one year ago.:)<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019d initially not planned to have a large family celebration for Hannah\u2019s first, as the apartment\u2019s function room was unavailable, and also that my initial date of departure to Boston was immediately on the next day. When the departure was postponed by a few days, grandparents asked if we\u2019d like to do a small celebration at Lentor instead \u2013 which we did, with Ling ordering a carrot cake from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.7thmanna.com\/\">7th Manna<\/a> at Tanjong Katong road.<\/p>\n<p>So, here\u2019s a small selection of pictures from our dear girl\u2019s very first birthday. We shot the entire thing on video, but it\u2019s too long to put up here.
