This is a regular item on the shelf. It is of a Japanese variety and hence its sweetness is guaranteed.<\/p>\n<p>Pumpkin is one of the easiest veggy to puree. It can be easily mashed with a spoon after cooking. I like to puree it with garden peas and chicken breast meat. No water is needed. The preparation is really simple: chop the pumpkin into small cubes and steam them together with garden peas for 15 minutes. Boil chicken meat for 10 minutes. Mash the veggies and shred the chicken into tiny bits. Mix the veggies with the meat and stir well.
