We usually won\u2019t leave Hannah with grandparents for more than 2-3 hours at a time, so traveling distance factors into our planning for our couple-time.<\/p>\n<p>Ling spotted a Dim Sum restaurant called Sweet Spring at AMK Hub a while ago, and has been nudging us to go give it a try \u2013 which we did this morning.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"blog-2009-dining-P1010342-sweet-spring\" src=\"https:\/\/chekyang.com\/musings\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/blog2009diningP1010342sweetspring.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"blog-2009-dining-P1010342-sweet-spring\" width=\"300\" height=\"450\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"blog-2009-dining-P1010341-sweet-spring\" src=\"https:\/\/chekyang.com\/musings\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/blog2009diningP1010341sweetspring.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"blog-2009-dining-P1010341-sweet-spring\" width=\"300\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We ordered five plates of dim sum, which included their in-house versions of steam buns, siew mais, chive dumplings, glutinous rice and spicy wantons. They were all very good and sumptuous, with Ling liking the glutinous rice most of all. The bill turned out to be a pretty reasonable $21 for the both of us, and we especially also like that the dim sum plates all arrived together at the same time, unlike other dim sum restaurants we\u2019ve been to.<\/p>\n<p>This will definitely be a place we\u2019ll want to bring Matt to.:)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AMK Hub has been another one of our hang-out areas during the weekends when we leave Hannah at Lentor for a morning.
