<\/p>\nI \u2018moved\u2019 house at work just before I vamoosed for my in-camp training, and now that I\u2019m back in the office have finally been able to properly arrange my things at my new home.<\/p>\n
Now, one of my big regrets over the years has been not recording and taking pictures of my work areas, especially considering how much time one spends in a day at work and the number of significant life events that occur there too. So, here\u2019s a picture of my new \u2018home\u2019, as taken very early morning – I’m usually at work by 7:30 AM – and stitched together using Photoshop from 7 pictures.<\/p>\n

Sweeping from left to right: there\u2019s a three tiered book shelf (two of the Blurb photobooks there), umbrellas, my ties, books, spare copies of a game magazine I\u2019m involved in with my students, boxes for Falcon 4.0, The Sims 2, and Warcraft III, overhead cabinets, floor cabinets, and two of my three notebooks I use at work.<\/p>\n
When I showed Ling this photo, she grumbled:<\/p>\n
\u201c2 tables, 2 chairs, 2 cabinets,\u00a0 2 laptops, 2 umbrellas, 2 water bottles, 2 spoons, 2 phones etc. etc\u2026. life\u2019s not fair. :(\u201d<\/p>\n
