It\u2019s the bag I use whenever I\u2019m traveling overseas with photographic equipment. The bag has two separate compartments: the upper one is a traditional backpack compartment, and the lower a padded camera compartment that can easily hold a DSLR body, two lenses, and a flash unit.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Lowepro Nova 180AW<\/em><\/strong>: this bag is the most recent acquisition of the three that I picked up in February this year. This bag I use to bring equipment to and fro from home to the office.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Tamrac Adventure Messenger 5<\/em><\/strong>: camera compartment capacity wise, this one\u2019s the biggest of the three I\u2019ve got. It\u2019s long enough to hold the longest lens I\u2019ve currently got (the <a href=\"https:\/\/chekyang.com\/musings\/2008\/07\/21\/onion-layers\/\">Sigma 150mm Macro<\/a>), and has a separate notebook compartment as well.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px\" title=\"blog-cambags-02\" src=\"https:\/\/chekyang.com\/musings\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/blogcambags02.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"blog-cambags-02\" width=\"580\" height=\"414\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is one stuffed Nova 180AW. There\u2019s the <a href=\"https:\/\/chekyang.com\/musings\/2009\/03\/17\/panasonic-hdc-sd20-%E2%80%93-notes-i\/\">Panasonic HDC SD20<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/chekyang.com\/musings\/2008\/05\/21\/ultra-wide-angles\/\">Sigma 10-20mm<\/a>, the SB600 Speedlight, the D300 + MB-D10 with<a href=\"https:\/\/chekyang.com\/musings\/2009\/08\/08\/sigma-18-250mm\/\"> Sigma 18-250mm<\/a> lens mounted, and my filter case.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Women have their fascination with the Chanel and Gucci bags; men who\u2019re photography enthusiasts have the same with their camera bags LOL.
