From what we read, this suspension bridge is relatively new after the old Songdorum Bridge that was built in 1965 was damaged in typhoons, and demolished in 2002. For persons who are afraid of heights or walking on shaky contraptions, rest easy: the suspension bridge feels rock solid, and there is safety fencing all around. You honestly would have to be trying something seriously stupid to hurt yourself in an accident!<\/p>\n
There are rock formations on both sides of Amnam Park and Dongseom Island, and the area is inhabited by numerous cats too. We spotted a couple of anglers on the steep cliffs fishing as well. That looked pretty dangerous, as a slip would mean major trauma on those very hard rocks!<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_35923\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-35923\" style=\"width: 533px\"
