We\u2019ve been deciding between Clown loaches, Panda corys or Peppered corys &#8211; and we eventually decided to go with the latter. We\u2019ve just picked three Peppered corys from Aquatic Concepts at Thomson Plaza:<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image81\" src=\"https:\/\/chekyang.com\/musings\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/03\/2006-Aquarium-PICT1435-corys.jpg\" alt=\"2006-Aquarium-PICT1435-corys.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<p>While the Corys were slightly more expensive than elsewhere at $1.50, it was well worth the additional expense: the handling and packaging by the shop owner was pretty careful. We spent an hour acclimatizing the fish before actual addition into the tank.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image82\" src=\"https:\/\/chekyang.com\/musings\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/03\/2006-Aquarium-PICT1448-corys.jpg\" alt=\"2006-Aquarium-PICT1448-corys.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Here\u2019s Aura taking an interest in the new additions. From what I\u2019ve seen so far, the three Corys have adapted to the tank. Within minutes, they were scrounging on the gravel for food.
