The two girls and boy at home have taken turns to experience bouts of illnesses in the last couple of days. It kicked off with Peter getting a mild temperature, then spreading it to Hannah, then Mommy. Adding onto that, Hannah also wrestled with a bit of hives infection, that probably was a result of her skin reacting to a dusty apron she wore over the weekend while helping Ling bake rock cakes. Peter has also settled in nicely with his Nanny, since Ling’s returned to work now for a week. Hannah shared a fun descriptor that his Nanny has whenever Peter starts drooling: “The tap has been turned on!” LOL.<\/p>\n

I’ve found myself taking both the E-M5 and E-PL6 micro-4\/3s cameras in my messenger bag whenever we’re out of home as a family. One is equipped with the 25mm (usually the E-M5), and the other the 17mm (the E-PL6). Both primes give me the length I like to (or rather have<\/em> to) work with, and render colors and images that are pretty close if I had to swap bodies around. That’s the wonderful thing about having small interchangeable lens cameras with ‘good enough’ image quality, coupled with wonderful primes. I could never imagine having the same versatility made possible by having two cameras equipped with primes in the form of two Nikon DSLRs!<\/p>\n
