Bit of bad news; apparently TOP has been delayed from a hopeful Oct 2013 to probably Dec 2013 now, and one Interior Designer I just spoke to said the same too according to their own sources of information. A check at the BCA web site notes too tthat TOP Application on the 16 Sep 2013 had been ‘Suspended’. Sigh.<\/p>\n

In any case; I took a bit of time to do up two montages showing how the project has transformed. I wasn’t planning to do up some montages when I first started visiting the site to take pictures, so some frames will look out of sync with the rest – apologies for that.<\/p>\n
