Though a good part of it was spent back at a camp on Saturday morning completing what should be \u2013 absolutely \u2013 the last of my Individual Physical Proficiency Tests for what should also be my last in-camp training stint. Believe it or not; at 39 years 12 months, I\u2019m the oldest person in my Company in this call-up! And there\u2019s been no end to jokes and friendly-ribbing from my unit mates this time since my name\u2019s the first first in any nominal-roll print out and there\u2019s no hiding the fact that I\u2019m a very old soldier. =)<\/p>\n<p>We had another one of our cheap thrill visits to see our new work-in-progress place. And we got a good look inside our specific unit even from this vantage point.
