Her modified winding-down routine too has been taking root too.<\/p>\n<p>After her last milk feed and teeth-brushing, Ling will spend five to ten minutes reading to her (Hannah\u2019s favorite book now is a kiddie book about David and Goliath), then prayer. When she\u2019s tucked in, I\u2019ll take over: and I\u2019ll usually sing one or two songs to her, then let her in a little on the next day\u2019s activities before saying good night.<\/p>\n<p>Couple of the usual pictures again. These were taken a week ago at a new restaurant we were checking out at Heartland Mall; Xin Wang Caf\u00e9. The franchise has an Cineleisure Orchard outlet Ling and I enjoy patronizing. Parking was a nightmare, but after we got a lot, the rest of our brunch went quite well:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border: 0pt none;\" title=\"blog-2011-hannah-OLYP3862-xin-wang-brunch-flickr\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chekyang.com\/musings\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/blog-2011-hannah-OLYP3862-xin-wang-brunch-flickr_thumb.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"blog-2011-hannah-OLYP3862-xin-wang-brunch-flickr\" width=\"550\" height=\"367\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border: 0pt none;\" title=\"blog-2011-hannah-OLYP3858-xin-wang-brunch-flickr\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chekyang.com\/musings\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/blog-2011-hannah-OLYP3858-xin-wang-brunch-flickr_thumb.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"blog-2011-hannah-OLYP3858-xin-wang-brunch-flickr\" width=\"550\" height=\"367\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u2026 and promptly after these pictures were taken and we fed Hannah a small piece of the very yummy Bo Lo pineapple bun, our girl vomited! No pictures of that, but it was not a pretty sight. It wasn\u2019t to do with the food, but possibly that Hannah had difficulties chewing the piece we fed her, and her gag reflex kicked in.<\/p>\n<p>Hannah looked a little bewildered though and was near tears but thankfully didn\u2019t burst. Can\u2019t imagine if we had to deal both with vomit and bawling!
