Mantou is the Chinese equivalent of the Ang Mo&#8217;s bread. It is northern Chinese steamed bun. New Moon&#8217;s pumpkin wholemeal mini mantou caught my fancy. Doesn&#8217;t the description sound so healthy already? Besides the healthful pumpkin, wholemeal flour and sesame seeds weaved into the buns, there aren&#8217;t any trans fats, preservatives, artificial colouring and flavouring. Just thaw the desired number of buns and steam them for 8-10 minutes.
