It’s come to that time in the year again where I get to look back at some of the most major decisions this year and and with the benefit of a mite bit of hindsight look at how they went.

It’s coming to the end of the year again. Towards the end of each year, I’d sit back and reflect on some of the key events and decisions made in the past year or so. It’s a pretty interesting exercise
