Day 08 — the heaviest day itinerary-wise of this 11-day trip. Early in the morning we checked out of our resort at Alona Beach, then began a road trip that would take us across the breadth of Bohol Island before
This was my last island aerial video of the trip, and the only one I’ve done at sunset into early evening. The sun sets pretty early here on Bohol — 6:05PM today — so by 5:35PM I was already in
We had a pretty light day on Day 07. The morning was free for us to sleep in — the missus and kids at least, as I got up early to do aerial videos of Alona Beach at sunrise —
We’re having a fairly light day on Day 07 at Bohol Island: there’s just one itinerary activity today, and that’d be a river cruise and lunch at Loboc River. We’d be picked up at 11AM and will be back at

The Sumilon Sand Bar sits on the south-eastern end of Cebu and is usually an accompanying activity that visitors might include if they’re already in the Oslob area for the whale shark watching activity. The point where boats ferry visitors

The 90-minute drive from Simala Shrine to Osmeña Peak was a lot smoother, with fairly low traffic plying the road as we continued south. Osmeña Peak is the tallest point on Cebu Island and sits inside a region of impressive-looking
