Photo infringement

Here’s an interesting article that was circulated on Clubsnap. It concerns the attempts by a photographer to claim damages against a company who lifted and used his works, then attempt to hide that fact. His web page here contains the chronology of events, and is testimony to his diligence and perseverance.
