It was coming 2:30PM-ish when we left Yuhu village, and we headed to the Black Dragon Pool next. This pool is apparently the water source for the very nearby Lijiang Old Town, and many visitors would include a visit to the pool and park alongside the old town. The park is mid-size and one could spend an hour slowly taking in the sights before walkoing to the Old Town, and there is a stretch of the park where you can take pictures in front of the pond and with the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the background.
Flying was permitted in this park, so both the DJI Neo 2 and Mini Pro 4 came out to stretch their legs.
And a compilation of the flights from Day 03 today. I didn’t read up enough either places prior to the visits, so without actual routes planned, I was winging it again, and missed an opportunity to better capture the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain overlooking the Dragon Maiden lake. /groan
