Work-in-Progress – Part 35

We’ve been experiencing some wet weather for the second half of this week, but that cleared up on Saturday past noon-time to reveal wonderfully sunny and clear weather for the rest of the day – enough to go by for a quick visit to The Minton site for pictures again.

As in the last several visits now, there doesn’t seem to be major visible improvements to exterior works, though from the construction sounds going on still, I’m guessing interior works and touch-up are still going on. I remembered while working on the transitional montages this week that it’s been a long while since I’ve done stitched panoramas, so went about composing a couple. These really do show how large the project is – all 1,145 units and its supporting facilities and landscaping.

Tried a different perspective of the Fun World wallpaper pictures. This was taken by sticking out my hand out of a window ledge and guessing for the right picture angle! Had to ensure that the E-M5's leather strap was secure around my wrist for this.

Lots of FB neighbors especially liked this picture. I was just casually taking the shot though without intending it to be this iconic!

Casual banter with the construction workers and a FB neighbors revealed that one of the pools had been problematic and potentially caused complications in the recent TOP. Not sure if that was indeed the cause of the delayed TOP, but the heated pool had been completely drained this afternoon.

These panorama pictures, alongside others for this afternoon’s visit are available here. And lastly, a third transition montage I did yesterday – and this time of Tranquil World.

  3. How do I check the TOP of Minton from BCA website? Lost in navigation. Pls advice.

  4. Hey there; at this point, I don’t think anyone besides the Developer and associated workpersons know the precise TOP on the record. There’s just lots of speculation. The BCA web site and search application number I posted just now gives us an opportunity to check on the status of application though.

  5. Dear Chek Yang, same here. Been trying to access the FB that you mentioned for more updates but don’t seems to be able to get to it. Can you help me solve this issue?
    Thanks

  6. Likewise, I only found a FB site that didnt seem to have a lot of activities, so not sure if it’s same one. If you don’t mind emailing me the correct FB link.

And keep the news coming! I am especially anxious to plan a trip back to collect the keys (as I am currently on secondment in Europe).

  7. Great blog! Thanks for sharing. Can I also have your Facebook link if you don’t mind? Much thanks!

  8. Hi CY, can I have the link too! Thanks a zillion! Have a great week ahead!
