Kids @ 17mm, 25mm etc. – Part 3

The odd post-title only because over the last week, I’ve been taking pictures of Hannah and Peter using a variety of lenses, including the 17mm f1.8, the 25mm f1.4, and 12-50mm – that it’s making less sense to run series of posts for each lens.

There’s been developments to Peter’s routine at least. He’s still bawling routinely during day hours, but evenings are a lot easier now. For the last week, he’s been able to sleep soundly for at least 4-5 hours each night, which is very welcomed respite for Ling. If we’re especially lucky, Peter’s last feed will be just before midnight and he’ll be completely knocked out thereafter until the next morning before 7 AM.

Hannah on the other hand was down with a mild fever for the middle of the last week, but posed some minor logistic difficulties for the both of us running between bringing her to the doctor and her nanny. It’s strange though – that Hannah never looks ill even when she is. She was just as chirpy at the clinic during the consultation, and back at home, her usual self.

And pictures of course.=)

Morning feed on the 26 July with the 25mm. It was Peter's vaccination day, which we got done at the Polyclinic this time instead of his PD. Saved ourselves a hundred or so moola.

First month celebration bash on the 27 July. Very well-behaved (i.e. asleep) throughout the event, and only bawling when the event was over.=)

Hannah on the other hand thoroughly enjoyed the event, playing with her cousins and Ling's colleague's children.

At mom's birthday event on the 4 August, at the very swanky Paradise Pavilion @ Marina Boulevard. The two girls were matching in dresses. The bunch of pictures at this event were all on the 25mm.

Peter again was completely nonplussed about the birthday dinner, sleeping for most of it but bawled on our drive home at night!

Hannah had her own glass of mango pudding which she nearly finished entirely on her own.

Hannah with her two older cousins Natasha and Isaac. Her new English teacher at pre-nursery just remarked that Hannah is very vocal. We can imagine why: she's like a class monitor - always speaking her mind... and enough for everyone else! :)

It’s the National Day long weekend coming up later this week. More pictures to come, hopefully outdoor ones too.=)
