Good to hear from you again, Matt :) How have you been?
I’ve been well. We’re in the throes of autumn here, the weather getting colder and the trees getting bare. After a brief and beautiful flash of fall colors, all we’ve got to look forward to is barren winter. You know where I’d rather be. : )
I bet you’re excited about your Japan trip!
If you still have the laksa premix, it would be a great time to dig it out to whip up some tropical spicy delight!
This is my last week at work. Should be able to plan the itinerary a bit more after that :) Excitement should also build up along the way – I hope.
