Hannah on ND

The weather looked better on National Day, so we planned to head to Punggol Park to take some family photographs. We had everything nailed down pat – timing, equipment and baby things to bring along.

Unfortunately, the most important subject – i.e. Hannah – decided to pull her comatose trick. She just couldn’t be waken from slumber! Hannah was oblivious of Ling’s best attempts to wake her by cajoling, poking – even tickling.

The best we got was Hannah just ever so slightly opening her eyes at one juncture… before she zonked right back to sleep. We’d been hoping she’d be as awake as she normally is (and grumbling too) during this time every day.

After trying for 20 minutes, we gave up. Parting picture – yep, she’s still unconscious:

… And when we got back home, and took one step past the wooden door, Hannah WOKE up LOL.

  1. LOLLLLLLL this will be so hilarious when she reads it… haha… and boy, hannah looks different again. i love the last pic. super cute! ^^

  2. It appears Hannah has already learned of at least one new tactic to employ in those future situations in which she wants not to participate! She sure looks content.

  3. Too contended; she’s usually wide awake at that time in the morning. We’ll have to try again some other weekend for family photos at Punggol Park.:(

  4. You know, I seem to recall that Ling and I sure had difficulties in dragging you out to Punggol Park. Little Hannah is certainly taking after her daddy!

  5. True.:) But this time round, we were out in the morning – so the park was devoid of cigarette smokes and loud music. And there were precious few mosquitoes.:)
